Lifeline Foundation is an organization situated into core Konkan at Deogad. The region is merely popular as the largest producers of deogad alphonso mangoes.  This region is underdeveloped both financially as well as industrially. 50 years ago a man with a foresight Dr. Bhaskar Athawale decided to establish a career in Deogad by providing medical facilities. Deogad Medical Foundation was launched. The legacy of helping poorest continued in the second generation. Dr. Suneel, the only son of Dr. Bhaskar along with his wife Dr. Manjusha established a lifeline foundation. This establishment has grown up enough to provide various free medical camps in interior konkan. Round the clock ambulance is available to serve critically ill.
